Finding the Exile Music Fest

We are at Sabine Hay just outside Darley Dale about twenty minutes from Belper.
The new site is a truly wonderful location set deep in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside.

Exile Music Fest postal location is -
Sabine Hay, off Oldfield Lane, near Darley Dale, Derbyshire DE4 2LN.

If you are using SatNav the site postcode is DE4 2LN but beware it is slightly deceptive, take a look at the Google Map to make sure you arrive at the right spot!

coming by train...

If coming by Train, the nearest mainline destination is Matlock using East Midlands Trains who run an hourly train service between Matlock and Nottingham via Belper and Derby running along the picteresque Derwent Valley Line.

East Midlands Trains offer a guide to the Derwent Valley Line at the bottom of their web page, which includes times and services, useful phone numbers and their contact details.

A connection can then be made from Matlock to Darley Dale on the steam powered Peak Rail line which will get you to Darley Dale Station, only a stone throw from the Exile Site.

From the Peak Rail Station in Darley Dale it is a fairly gentle and scenic roadside walk past Darley cricket pitch and over the river Derwent by The Square and Compass Inn to Sabine Hay and the Exile Music Festival site,

coming by bus...

If coming by Bus, probably one of the best services to use is Traveline who offer a comprehensive travel planning option.
